7. Batman and Robin
Directed by Joel Schumacher and based on the D.C. comic series, it stars George Clooney as Batman as he reluctantly finds a sidekick in Robin (Chris O'Donnell). Together, and with the aid of Batgirl (Alicia Silverstone), they defeat Mr. Freeze (Arnold Schwarzenegger) and Poison Ivy (Uma Thurman) whose plans are to freeze Earth, killing everyone on it and replace them with plants. This movie is considered to be the worst in the Batman franchise. The film was released on June 20th, 1997 and although it didn't receive any awards, the song recorded for its soundtrack by The Smashing Pumpkins was honored with a Grammy Award for Best Hard Rock Performance.
