Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone put their singing and dancing skills to the test in a new musical drama. And Jennifer Aniston, T.J. Miller and Jason Bateman star in a film about a work party that gets out of control.
A company holiday party goes haywire in Office Christmas Party. In the one hour and forty-five minute comedy, the brother of the company's CEO tries to put together and epic party to impress a client and keep his department open. Jennifer Aniston, T.J. Miller, Jason Bateman, Kate McKinnon, , Olivia Munn, Jamie Chung, Rob Corddry and Courtney B. Vance star in the film. It’s rated R for sex, language, drugs and nudity.
A jazz musician and an actress fall for one another in La La Land. The two hour and seven minute comedic drama follows their relationships as each tries to make it big in their respected careers. The PG-13 musical film stars Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone. It’s currently playing in limited theaters, but expands to wide release on Dec. 16.
A mother and daughter face economic struggles in All We Had. As they continually go through hardships, their bond gets stronger. The one hour and forty-five minute drama is based on Annie Weatherwax’s novel of the same name. Katie Holmes directed and stars in the unrated, limited released film alongside Stefania Owen, Luke Wilson, Richard Kind, Mark Consuelos and Judy Greer.
A deep love affair is put to the test in Frank & Lola. Their passion brought them together but could also tear them apart when someone from the past comes back in the picture. Michael Shannon and Imogen Poots star in the romantic drama alongside Justin Long and Rosanna Arquette. The unrated film is playing in limited theaters for one hour and twenty-eight minutes.
A reporter investigates homes that have been involved in bloodshed in Abattoir. She uncovers an urban legend about a haunted house built from a series of crime scenes. The limited released horror film runs for one hour and thirty-eight minutes. It’s rated R for sex, nudity, violence and profanity.
Another drama is making its way into theaters next week is Will Smith’s Collateral Beauty. The highly anticipated new Star Wars film, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, is also joining the box office race on Dec. 16.
