'Freedom 90' supermodels pay tribute to the late George Michael

The five supermodels from George Micheal's iconic "Freedom 90" music video have taken to social media to pay tribute to the late singer.

Upon hearing the shocking news of his death on Christmas Day, the ladies who were featured in the famous video reacted and expressed their grief over the loss.

Michael was found dead in his bed by his partner on Sunday morning. His family later released a statement confirming his death.

“It is with great sadness that we can confirm our beloved son, brother and friend George Michael passed away peacefully over the Christmas period,” the statement read. “The family would ask that their privacy be respected at this difficult and emotional time.”
