Deeks and Eric are still searching for the assassin when they see people running from a café. They see the group have Katerina’s daughter, Alex has a hostage and try to return fire to stop them. She is later let go and Callen’s father takes her place. Hetty had put a tracker on him so they are able to rescue him from the men. It turned out Pavel Volkoff had thought Katerina still had money she stole from him, but Garrison had donated it decades ago.
