10. Witness protection
When the team comes to work, they discover there is something going on. Rossi informs them that Peter Lewis, aka Mr. Scratch, had been stalking Jack at his soccer game and his school. Because of the threat to his child, Hotch and Jack entered witness protection. Since he did not want his team in danger, Hotch resigned from the FBI and asked that Emily take his place.
