Tonight on TV: Tuesday, Oct. 4 edition

Hello television viewers! Here we are with another Tonight on TV. As a lot of you may know, the Vice Presidential debate will be on tonight, keeping quite a few of your favorite shows from airing at their regular time.

However, you can still stock your DVRs with the shows that will air tonight. On CW, The Flash will return and show us exactly what Barry’s decision on the second season finale has done to his life. Plus, you’ll get to see an all new NCIS and find out who is eliminated on Dancing With the Stars in a double elimination.

If are not watching any of these, you can also check on the BET Hip Hop Awards tonight on MTV.
