Raven-Symoné is leaving 'The View,' announces 'That's So Raven' spinoff

Raven-Symoné broke the news that she is leaving her daytime gig on The View and had a huge announcement for That's So Raven fans.

On Thursday morning the actress said that she will be leaving the show before the end of the year, leading to yet another co-host vacancy on a show that has become known for it's ever-changing faces.

Symoné then dished on some other big news.

"I'm excited and sad, but mostly excited. I have an announcement to make: No, I'm not pregnant," she joked, before explaining that she is working on a spinoff of her hit T.V. show That's So Raven, which aired it final episode in 2007.

"There's no title yet, but I'm calling it That's So Raven 2. It's Raven Baxter. It's still me. But I am a mother this time. I'm going to be a single mother raising two kids and one of them learns that she has visions."

Fans of that Disney show are undoubtedly super excited about the spinoff! As for her time on The View, Symoné joined the ladies to discuss hot topics in 2015, but rumblings about the network wanting to replace her have been going on since May.
