NCIS: New Orleans dealt with the death of three sailors in a plane crash. The FBI and other agencies were involved in determining what led to the crash, but Pride called jurisdiction because of who was killed. In addition, Agent Isler returned to see if the Cartel was involved.
One of the plane crash victims, Amir Saad, ended up becoming a scapegoat in the media so the team worked hard to find out the truth so they could clear him. The focus of the episode was definitely the case, although Chris and Sonja had work related duties outside the case.
They still needed to open a slot for NCIS, especially since Gregorio would be leaving once they closed the cartel case. At the end of the episode, we also learned some information about Tammy that only Pride knew because he vetted her for work.
We got to see the case as the main focus and also check up on Sebastian, who was back to work after his harrowing experience the week before. See some of our top ten moments from “Course Correction.”
