Miranda Kerr sent love note before intruder attacked her security guard

The intruder who was shot at the home of Miranda Kerr, attempted to get ahold of the Australian model before he arrived at her residence and attacked her security guard.

Shawn Haywood gave an employee at Kerr's home a letter for her just a few days before the attack. This letter, in a sense, expressed that Haywood had feelings for Kerr. According to TMZ, the note was filled with nonsensical phrases reflecting his emotions.

When this letter was received, security at the model's home was increased. TMZ also noted that leading up to the attack, Haywood told cops he believed he was a spirit traveling for thousands of years and revealed that he wanted to meet Kerr because she was also a spirit.

As we reported last week, Haywood is accused of breaking in the model's home on Oct. 14 and stabbing Kerr's security guard. That guard then shot the suspect and he was arrested. He has been charged with attempted murder, aggravated mayhem and assault with a deadly weapon..
