4. Jessie and Wally
After Jessie realizes her father wants to stop her from using her powers, she rushes off and Wally goes after her. They have a talk about how her powers manifested. Then before Jessie can do anything, Wally gets in front of a truck to see if his powers will jump start. When they don’t, Jessie saves him and he later gets a scolding from Barry.
