Throughout season 13, we got to see Tim’s relationship with Delilah Fielding grow. From moving in together to figuring out how to leave workplace out of the dinner conversation, they had some great moments. In fact, Tim began thinking of marriage and confided in Ellie he was looking at rings. Maybe we will see an NCIS wedding in season 14.
