1. “Life Goes On”
“Life Goes On” wasn’t Tupac’s biggest hit but as any fan of his music will tell you, it was definitely one of his deepest songs. It is also my personal favorite. In this song, Pac dictates how he wants his own funeral to go and talks about and to people he already lost. No video was ever made for “Life Goes On.” Instead, combinations of clips from his previous music videos were used. Surveillance footage of the fight he was involved in at the MGM Grand just before he was shot on Sept. 7, 1996 was also used for the video as well as images of the car he and Marion “Suge Knight” were riding in when the gunshots that eventually killed Tupac rang out.
