'Dancing With the Stars' season 23 cast revealed

The cast of Dancing With the Stars season 23 has been revealed! While we already knew some names like Ryan Lochte and Amber Rose, there are also a number of surprising talents we will see vie for the Mirrorball Trophy.

The announcement was made on Good Morning America where Lochte appeared with his pro partner, returning dancer Cheryl Burke.

Lochte said, “I’m definitely really excited. This is completely new for me.”

He said he would do the show as though he were on the Olympics. “You train for so long and you have that one shot to put it all out there and I think that’s what I’m going to do.”

In addition to Lochte, another Olympic star will be on the show. Gold medalist Laurie Hernandez has been paired with Val Chmerkovskiy.

Other celebrities in the cast include Amber Rose, former governor Rick Perry and rapper Vanilla Ice.

The rest of the lineup will include Brady Bunch actress Maureen McCormick, singer Kenneth “Babyface” Edmonds and actor Jake T. Austin.
