Olympian Gabby Douglas is Barbie's new 'Shero' (Photo)

Gabby Douglas is on top of the world today.

In addition to being announced for the U.S. gymnastics team for the Rio Olympics, the gold medalist just received the highest honor possible from Barbie, receiving her very own doll.

Mattel unveiled a “Shero” Barbie to honor Douglas’ Olympic achievements. The 20-year-old champion was the first woman of color to win the individual all-around competition when she competed in 2012.

Douglas joins Barbie’s “Shero” line with some pretty good company including Misty Copeland, Trisha Yearwood and Zendaya who have also been immortalized by the line, which places female heroes who inspire girls to break boundaries as the focal point.

On Sunday, Douglas secured a spot on the U.S. gymnastics team for the second time since breaking ground in 2012. She will be joined by Laurie Hernandez, Madison Kocian, three-year world champion, Simone Biles, and her 2012 Fierce Five teammate Aly Raisman.
