Calvin Harris is taking aim at his ex-girlfriend Taylor Swift on Twitter over his hit song "This Is What You Came For."
According to TMZ, the Rihanna-assisted track is actually the brainchild of Swift. She wrote it and sent Harris a demo. He created the beat with Swift doing vocals in the studio.
The ex-couple agreed to use the pseudonym “Nils Sjoberg” for Swift on the song credits, so that the collaboration would not overshadow the music.
The song became a hit and Harris appeared on On Air With Ryan Seacrest where he was asked if he would collaborate with Swift.
“I can’t see it happening” Harris told Seacrest. Swift disliked his response and the relationship began to disintegrate.
Harris took to Twitter slamming the pop star, even saying he won’t allow Swift to bury him like she did nemesis Katy Perry.
And she sings on a little bit of it too ????
Amazing lyric writer and she smashed it as usual https://t.co/vW3yGOIJit— Calvin Harris (@CalvinHarris) July 13, 2016
I wrote the music, produced the song, arranged it and cut the vocals though. And initially she wanted it kept secret, hence the pseudonym

Hurtful to me at this point that her and her team would go so far out of their way to try and make ME look bad at this stage though ????

I figure if you're happy in your new relationship you should focus on that instead of trying to tear your ex bf down for something to do

I know you're off tour and you need someone new to try and bury like Katy ETC but I'm not that guy, sorry. I won't allow it

Please focus on the positive aspects of YOUR life because you've earned a great one
