4.  Everyone has their demons…

Whether you go into the woods or not, every person has their demons.  Solitude brings any unresolved issues to the forefront.  Some contestants are very verbal about the internal struggles they are facing—it might be a death, divorce, overcoming poverty, experiences with war, but most of the internal struggles that these people verbalize are in regards to personal relationships. Most are seeking answers to something. Aren’t we all? When you see others deal with unresolved issues, even from the comfort of your home sofa, it is only natural to think about where your mind would take you if you were all alone.
