Well-rounded characters have some flaws. Jamie is known to be stubborn and headstrong, but he often charges into situations with his mouth going without taking the time to fully investigate. Take his reunion with Jenny. Before fully introducing himself, he jumps to the wrong conclusion that she has become a fallen woman and insults her. She was correct to call him, “a damned fool.” We thought so too, but loved him anyway.
