'Scream' MTV Series Season 2 episode 2: Psycho

Hello slasher fans, we are back again with another Scream MTV series recap. For any of you who watched you know that last night's episode was filled with all kinds off suspense, shock, shade and a whole lot off "What the" moments.  So with out further ado, lets get into this recap!

Right where we left off:

Last night's episode picked up right where it left off. Emma was still in the abandoned house with Brooke in a state of shock. After finding a number of pictures from her childhood posted all over the walls. Suddenly Emma spots Ghostface and this causes her and Brooke to frantically run back to the car. When Emma gets home she immediately tells her mom about the photos she found of herself in the abandoned home. Emma's mom reveals to Emma that those photos were probably there because she'd been to that house when she was little. She said that the house belonged to Troy James and she and Emma used to visit him when Emma was a child. Freaked out by this new information Emma and her mom decide to go back to the abandoned house to figure out why those pictures were in there. By the time Emma and her mother got to the house all of the pictures were gone. Who moved them?

We're back to school and something's fishy:

It's the next day. Emma and her friends are back in school, but there are a lot of fishy things happening. First Emma explains the missing pictures story to Brooke, but Brooke just thinks Emma is hallucinating things again. Speaking of Brooke, she's been texting Jake all day and has not been getting any replies back. This makes her a tad bit worried, so she sends a nude photo hoping it will get him to reply. Meanwhile Audrey is still getting those creepy anonymous texts and she happens to see on of the movie theater pranksters texting on her phone. This is around the same time Audrey gets her text from the anonymous person, so she quickly assumes that the prankster is texting her. Audrey chases after the prankster in the hallway and aggressively accuses her of sending the harassing text messages. However Audrey finds out that the girl was just texting her boyfriend.

Noah's Ghostface #2 investigation:

Noah was happy to know that he got a significant amount of listeners on his podcast for his interview with Emma. He also got a lot of comments on the podcast and one of those commenters claimed to have seen Piper's accomplice aka Ghostface #2 in the full flesh. Excited about this new information, Noah couldn't wait to tell Audrey, but to his surprise she wasn't all that into his new discovery. She actually seemed kind of bothered by it.

Who is this random creepy kid?

Just as Emma is about to leave the school building some random boy comes up to her and strikes up a conversation. As they are talking he says her name and Emma is surprised because she has never seen this kid in her life. She asks him if he goes to school with her and he says no, but he will attending soon. After the awkward conversation Emma makes her way back home in just as much confusion as us viewers were.

Dude, who is this kid?

Brooke's father's suspicious texts to Jake:

After Brooke tells her father that Jake is missing he opens his phone and we are shown a very suspicious conversation between him and Jake. He is noticing that Jake is not replying back to his texts either and he becomes worried. He calls Jake, but it takes him straight to voicemail. What were Jake and Brooke's father up to?

Brooke needs to find Jake:

After sending a million texts, a hot nude photo and still getting no reply from Jake, Brooke is beyond worried. She really thinks Jake is missing and decides to file a missing persons report on him at the police department. While she's waiting to file the report she spots another creepo, Gustavo. He taunts Brooke about Jake not texting back and labels him as number six of the "LakeWood Six" aka Brooke's group of friends. In the middle of her conversation with Gustavo Brooke finally gets a reply from Jake that says "Hey babe, send a pic." Once she got this texted she assumed Jake was ok and decided not to file a missing persons report on him. When she walks out to her car she finds a bouquet of roses and a card that says "Sorry." Is it really Jake or is it Jake the Fake? I'd go with Jake the Fake after what happened in last night's episode.

Emma's Breakdown:

Emma meets one of her teachers at a coffee shop to talk over the issues she's been currently dealing with this week. She thought if she had someone to talk to she'd be able to clear her had and stop hallucinating. However when Emma gets up to get coffee she turns around and sees a girl who slightly resembles Piper. This causes Emma to yell "Piper" and drop her coffee on the ground. It was another hallucination because the girl was sitting in the exact same spot that Piper was sitting in when Emma first met her. Emma teacher calms her down and tells her that the only way she could stop hallucinating was if she allowed herself to believe that Piper was really gone.

Random creepy kid has a name:

When Kieran's family are deciding to move to Atlanta we find out that he has a cousin name Eli. Eli was the random kid that stopped Emma in the hallway and knew everything about her. Now we know why. I guess Kieran just cant stop talking about his girlfriend to his family #RelationshipGoals.

Audrey is up to something:

Noah goes to a creepy motel to investigate his on going case of Ghostface #2. The hotel clerk gets a phone call from an anonymous person with voice modulator on their voice. The person tells the clerk not to give Noah anymore information on Ghostface or else...(you know the rest). After the phone call we find out that anonymous caller was Audrey. In tremendous fear the clerk rushed Noah out of the motel and tells him no more information. Suddenly Noah runs into Audrey and tells her how weird the clerk was acting when trying to get information about Ghostface. Audrey tries to persuade Noah into thinking that his suspicion about Ghostface #2 is wrong and continues to hinder him from finding out any more information. Why Audrey...do you have something to hide?

Emma decides to face her fears:

Emma makes a bold decision to face all of her fears and she takes Kieran with her on this journey. She visits the dock where she was almost murdered by piper to face her fears and stop her hallucinations. She realized that Piper was gone and was finally able to live her life with out fear. Then things got hot and heavy between Kieran and Emma in the car...and you guys can figure what happened next.

Who's in that blue car?

Emma decides to be brave and walk home after loving it up with Kieran. Meanwhile the blue car that was watching Emma in the beginning of the episode started following her again. Emma finally realized the car was following her and started to run. The car started speeding up to go after her. She stood in front of the car and screamed, "Why are you following me?" The person stops the car and gets out and we find out that it was Emma's dad this whole time. He said that he was returning to Lakewood so he could be there for her.

All in one minute:

The last minute of this episode definitely had you on the edge of your chair. At the very end of the episode Audrey climbed the fence of the storage unit that Noah suspected Ghostface was hiding his weapons. Meanwhile Brooke is dressed to kill and knocking on Jakes door. Then the camera flashes to Gustavo spying on Emma from a far. What is he doing there? Audrey opens the storage garage to find a bunch of car air freshener's and Jake's dead body. There she found a note pasted on Jake's bloody shirt that read, "See how I finished the job for you Audrey?"

What job! What is Ghostface talking about? Does Audrey have something to hide? Is Audrey Ghostface #2? So many questions, we'll just have to find out in next week episode on Monday at 11:00pm Eastern time.
