5.  A little more diversity might be a good

There is a little of everything on the Food Network/Cooking Channel, but it could still be more robust.  Whether it is one versatile chef, or a bunch of different people, it might be great to see some more kinds of ethnic eats that rarely appear on the shows—say African or Nordic. Yes, we have Marcus Samuelsson for both, but what about Caribbean, Korean, German, Japanese, Israeli, Brazilian or perhaps more on that Canadian treat poutine?  The culinary options are as vast as the people on the planet.  The time has come to make the planet a little smaller through food as shown through the Food Network/Cooking Channel.
