3.  Do an American take on British series The Supersizers Go

Yay! We finally have Giles Coren on the Cooking Channel with Million Dollar Critic.  That’s a good start, but his series The Supersizers Go and The Supersizers Eat with comedian Sue Perkins were not only informative, but genuinely hilarious.  For those unfamiliar with the series, these two dressed the part and attempted to live an authentic culinary and appropriate social life in any given era. Why not try this in America?  There could be the Pilgrims, the American Revolution, Civil War, Gold Rush, and let’s not forget the decades of the 20^th Century.  Find the right hosts, and what fun could it be?
