Keith Hefner, brother of Playboy creator Hugh Hefner, died on April 8. He was 87.
Hefner was battling cancer, reported TMZ. However, his cause of death was unknown at the time.
Older brother Hugh went to Twitter to express his sadness over the loss of his brother.

His death came one day before his brother turned 90.
Hefner helped manage Playboy, including training the bunnies and recruiting models. He invented the move used by Playboy Bunny girls when they would serve customers drinks, which was called the Bunny Dip.
Hefner often appeared on the Playboy reality TV show The Girls Next Door which starred Kendra Wilkinson, Holly Madison and Bridget Marquardt. The show ran from 2005-2010.
He also did some TV appearances, including Get Smart and also appeared in a few movies.
His wife, Caya, paid tribute to her husband over Twitter.
