Kesha to sell her home in Nashville for $1.45 million

Amid legal drama with music producer, Dr. Luke, Kesha has received good news that her Nashville home, listed at $1.45 million, has sold.

Kesha's home in Nashville, Tennessee was first put on the market last year and listed for $1.55 million, according to Variety.

The singer purchased the home back in October of 2010 for $1.4 million. The private home sits on one acre of property in the Tennessee woods and is around 4,800 square feet, surrounded by greenery.

The gated home also includes four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. It is located on a cul-de-sac and described as zen and contemporary with brick, stone and Brazilian cherry wood, as well as many windows and neutral colors. It also features a wine cellar, wet bar, full-length back deck and swimming pool.

Kesha also sold another home in Venice, California for around $1.8 million in 2015. She originally bought her Venice home in May 2014 for $1.65 million. Her California home was described as a Spanish cottage from the '20s.

The "Tik Tok" singer recently lost a lawsuit against her record label Sony, which forces her to continue working with Dr. Luke.
