John Legend tells Donald Trump's son his father is 'racist'

John Legend took a page out of his wife, Chrissy Teigen’s playbook on Friday, March 11, becoming outspoken on Twitter. Legend posted his thoughts on Donald Trump to none other than Trump’s son, Donald Trump Jr.

When Trump’s son took to his own account in a state of confusion about the protesters at his father’s rally in Chicago that same night, Legend made his thoughts on the GOP presidential candidate very clear.

When Trump Jr. wrote, “Ha 5 students when asked why they were protesting couldn't even answer. The participation medal/micro aggression generation is pretty sad!” the “All Of Me” singer fired back, “I think they were protesting your racist father. This isn't complicated.”

When a supporter of the Trumps called Legend “disgraceful” and accused him of having “no education,” Legend pointed out that “funny enough” he went to the same college as both Trump father and son – University of Pennsylvania, CNN reports.
