Farrah Abraham says she will adopt sibling for Sophia within the next two years

Farrah Abraham has discussed the option of adopting in the past and she’s now giving fans a timeline on when she will start the process.

The Teen Mom OG star opened up about wanting to give her 7-year-old daughter, Sophia, a brother or a sister and she said it will most likely happen within the next two years.

"We're open to adopting someone who's not just – a child that can not just only be a newborn,” she told People. “But also a child that is maybe 3 or older."

Abraham went on to say it “breaks my heart” to see kids without homes and has always wanted to “help” orphans.

She has discussed the possibility of adopting in the past, revealing back in December she would be starting the process soon.

“I’m happy to confirm I’m moving forward in my adoption process,” she said. “This means I will be making some changes in my career to welcome a new addition to my family. Very excited, and this feels so right. I’m very blessed for this opportunity.”
