Adele is finally starting her world tour in support of 25. The tour kicked off on Feb. 29 with a sold out show at the SSE Arena in Belfast.
The singer will be performing in Belfast again tonight. Every show on the European leg has sold out, all the way through to the final date on June 15 in Antwerp, Belgium.
This was her first full show in the U.K. in over four years, notes The BBC, since throat issues kept her from touring for 2011’s 21. Her 18-song setlist started with her running three songs before she finally spoke to the audience.
“They told me not to talk for three songs so my nerves could calm a little,” she told the crowd. She also talked frequently in between songs from then on, even telling a story about her pumping milk with Jennifer Garner at the 2013 Oscars in the bathroom, notes The New York Times.
The setlist included a mix of 21 songs and tracks from 25. She did perform Bob Dylan’s “Make You Feel My Love” and “Chasing Pavements,” which both appear on her first album, 19. As JustJared points out, the other songs performed include “Hello,” “Someone Like You,” “When We Were Young,” “Skyfall” and “Million Years Ago.” She finished the show with “Rolling In The Deep.”
Adele's North American tour starts in July.
