Kanye West is responding to the spectacle surrounding the lyrics to his The Life of Pablo song, “Famous,” which angered Taylor Swift. He went on a new rant on Twitter on Feb. 12, the day after debuting his new album.
As we previously reported, Swift called West’s lyric about her “misogynistic” and said through her spokesman that he never ran it by her first. The lyric is, “I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex. Why? I made that b-tch famous.”
However, West is now claiming that Swift is the one who “came up with” the lyric herself. The rapper also said his wife, Kim Kardashian, was “cool with it.”
In a series of tweets, West said he had an “hour long” phone conversation about the lyric and she laughed at it as well as “gave her blessings.”
