It’s safe to say Kym Johnson and Robert Herjavec will not need dance lessons for their first dance as husband and wife.
According to People, the Dancing with the Stars pro is engaged to her former dancing partner.
"I still can't believe that a year after walking into a dance studio of all places, my life has changed this much," Herjavec said. "Kym is an incredible woman and I'm just so excited for what the future brings for us."
The Shark Tank star popped the question with a 6.5-carat ring, and the pair celebrated their engagement with family and friends, including Johnson’s mom and some of her Dancing with the Stars costars.
"To celebrate tonight with our family and friends, and my mom who flew in from Australia, wow – I'm just overwhelmed and so happy," Johnson said. "He's a wonderful man and I'm so lucky.”
Johnson and Herjavec competed on season 20 of the dancing competition last year, and started dating 10 months ago. This will be Johnson first marriage, while Herjavec has three kids with his ex-wife.
"We got to know each other on a friendship level. That developed into something else,” Johnson explained. “We're both each other's number one fans, and have respect for each other."
Dancing with the Stars is returning for its 22nd season in March with one confirmed contestant, Nyle DiMarco, and rumored celebrity Jodie Sweetin.
