Wendy's and Burger King get into Twitter feud over their competing value meals

Wendy’s and Burger King’s official Twitter accounts showed they aren't afraid of a little friendly competition when they got into a feud. It all started when Burger King decided to get competitive with Wendy’s over their 4 for $4 meal.

“The 4 for $4 Meal: a trayful of mouth-filling glory,” Wendy’s first wrote, but Burger King retaliated with, “5 for $4, because 5 is better than 4.” Burger King's meal offers one extra item, a chocolate chip cookie.

They didn't respond on their own, but when a customer asked Wendy’s if they were going to respond to Burger King’s tweet, they wrote back that they actually had “edible food.”
