Megan Fox, Brian Austin Green sold Bing Crosby's former house for $2.6 million

Looks like Bing Crosby's former carriage house will no longer be "home sweet home" for actors Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green.

The L.A. Times recently reported that the couple privately sold the Toluca Lake ranch-style carriage house, which once belonged to the famous singer, for $2.6 million. The impetus for the sale? The couple's impending divorce, which was made official in August when Fox filed a petition citing irreconcilable differences.

The 6,710-square-foot home was built in 1936 and remodeled in 2008. In 2014, Fox and Green purchased it for a reported $3.35 million. The L.A. Times noted that the property boasts "raised ceilings with exposed beams, rows of skylights, a library and a rec room," as well as a "saltwater swimming pool, a spa, a fire pit and a 563-square-foot pool house with a kitchen."

According to Patch, the home was originally part of Crosby's 4-acre estate, which was later divided up and was intended to house his maid and chauffeur. Other famous owners of the estate include Jerry Van Dyke and Andy Griffith.
