Jason Segel made his first appearance with his rumored girlfriend, Alexis Mixter. Segel is known for being an extremely private person when it comes to his social life.
The How I Met Your Mother star wore a tailored dark blue suit along with a plaid tie. Mixter went with a more modern look and worked a black leather jacket over a classic black cocktail dress, E! News reported. The two seemed very happy together but didn't show much PDA while walking the red carpet.
Segel and Mixter appeared on the red carpet for Sean Penn's annual Golden Globes event, which this year benefited J/P Haitian Relief. The couple was in good company with Leonardo DiCaprio, Pamela Anderson, Mark Ruffalo and Suki Waterhouse.
The evening also featured another high profiled couple reuniting. Madonna and Penn, who are divorced, sat together during the program.
Last year was a busy year for Segel. He made a very dramatic turn with his acting staring in The End of Tour.
