Jamie-Lynn Sigler to star on CBS’ ‘CSI: Cyber’

Jamie-Lynn Sigler, who revealed this month that she has been battling multiple sclerosis, will be seen in an upcoming episode of CSI: Cyber.

The former Sopranos star will appear in an episode that will air in March, People reports. Her part is Sasha, the director of a social media company.

New episodes of CSI: Cyber air on Sundays at 10 p.m. The show stars Patricia Arquette and Ted Danson, who is planning to leave the series at the end of its second season.

Sigler has had a busy month. Just days after getting married to Cutter Dykstra, she revealed that she is battling MS. She was diagnosed when she was 20 and was told by an industry insider to keep the diagnosis a secret.

“I feel relief,” Sigler told The Today Show after revealing her battle. “I lived with this secret that caused me to have so many feelings of shame and guilt and fear for so many years, so I think to finally sort of feel like I'm claiming my power back and being confident with the person that I am, I feel a great weight off my shoulders.”
