Jamie Foxx saves driver from car crash right outside his home

Jamie Foxx jumped into action on Monday when he saved a driver from a deadly one-car crash that happened right outside his Hidden Valley home.

An unidentified driver went off the road just outside Foxx’s gates north of Los Angeles after the car hit a ditch. According to Gossip Cop, Foxx called 911 when he saw the car and noticed that the driver was still buckled inside. By then, the car was on fire and Foxx pulled the driver out of the car.

Photos of the accident were published by TMZ. The crash happened around 8:30 p.m. Monday.

Foxx has not mentioned the incident on social media, but a rep for the Oscar winner confirmed to ABC News that he did help save the driver. “Jamie didn’t hesitate. He jumped out and ran to the car,” the rep said.

The driver, a 32-year-old man, was treated at a hospital and later arrested for DUI, Gossip Cop reports.

Foxx was at the Golden Globes earlier this month, where his daughter, Corrine, was Miss Golden Globe.
