‘General Hospital’ Weekly Recap: Jan. 18 to Jan. 22

THURSDAY - Hayden and Nikolas reveled in their night of love making at Wyndermere. Nikolas said that he was glad they were finally letting their guards down so they could have something real. Then, Hayden got a call from Curtis so she stepped out of the room. Curtis told her that she owed him money. Later, Hayden told Nikolas she had to leave to attend to ELQ business, but she really met up with Curtis outside of Kelly's. He gave her confirmation that it wasn't Shawn who shot her, but Hayden was hesitant to act on the information. Curtis realized that she must be in love. Hayden replied that she wasn't ready to expose her would be murderer. He then warned her that if she didn't stop this person, they would end up killing her for real. Hayden then walked away saying their business was over, but Curtis whispered, "We ain't done; we're just getting started."

Meanwhile Jordan went to Wyndermere to speak with Nikolas about what happened with Jason. She figured that he caused his own fall and just wanted Jason in prison. She then told him about the witness that came forward and said that all the charges against Jason had been dropped. Later, Hayden returned to Wyndermere and Nikolas told her that Jason was a free man. Then he tried to kiss her, but she freaked out, pushed him away and said, "I can't!"

Over at Kelly's, Jordan came in and saw Curtis at the counter. They had a tense conversation and Curtis said that he was staying in town to see his nephew aka TJ.

Carly heard from Sonny at GH that his court appointed visits with Avery were frustrating him. After he said that his new doctor wasn't a good fit. Then, Morgan showed up and Sonny asked to speak with him alone. In private, Sonny asked why Morgan was on the docks on NYE. Morgan claimed that he was there clubbing, but Sonny quickly warned him to stay out of his business. Then they talked about Morgan's bipolar struggles. Sonny begged Morgan to keep taking his meds and promised that things woul get better. Morgan then said that he needed a purpose so Sonny offered him a job at the coffee warehouse. Morgan reluctantly accepted the position and Sonny said that he was proud of him. After Max came to tell Sonny that there was a serious problem with Raj. Sonny said they needed to be careful so Avery didn't get hurt in Ava's bad business.

Ava told Kiki at The Metro Court that she was over Morgan. Kiki said she was trying to be friends with Morgan now. Ava encouraged Kiki to stand by Morgan, especially with his curiosity about Sonny's business. Kiki thought there was more to Ava's comments that just casual concern. Later, Carly approached Ava about letting Avery see Sonny for a weekend. Kiki asked Ava to hear Carly out for her sake. However, despite an emotional plea from Carly, Ava turned her down hard. Then, Kiki stepped in and put a guilt trip on Ava about how she was sad for growing up without a father and warned her not to let that happen to Avery. Ava then agreed to think over Carly's request. Later, Morgan came to tell Kiki that he took a job at the coffee warehouse.

Elizabeth came home with Jake to find Sam and Jason investigating. Elizabeth didn't like it and said that Sam needed to leave. Jake wasn't happy to see Sam either. Sam thought Elizabeth was afraid of her finding something she was trying to hide. To prove her wrong, Elizabeth let Sam snoop around. Later in private, Sam accuse Elizabeth of lying about the intruder and smashing her own picture. Elizabeth was quick to tell Jason about Sam's accusations and swore that she wouldn't do something like that. Jason then asked to speak with Elizabeth in private. Sam told him not to trust Elizabeth so Elizabeth told her to get out. Once they were alone, Jason looked unconvinced when Elizabeth insisted she was innocent.
