Bryce Dallas Howard discusses Claire's role in 'Jurassic World 2'

Jurassic World 2 is still over two years away, but Bryce Dallas Howard is offering some slight hints into what we can expect from the sequel.

In an interview with E! Online, Howard teased the fact that Claire will be a totally different person in this next movie than she was when we first met her.

"Claire is a different person now. The person she is at the end of [Jurassic World] is not the person that she was in the beginning," she said. "And her armor of sorts was that white, pristine outfit with heels in a very corporate environment and stuff, and the chick at the end...totally different."

And no, Claire definitely won't be wearing those white heels this time around. The actress recently said that as soon as the sequel was announced, director Colin Trevorrow texted her saying, “#NoHeels2018," as we previously reported. Trevorrow feels similarly that Claire will be going through a very different arc in Jurassic World 2.

“I have talked to Colin, and he feels very strongly about this character continuing to have a significant arc,” she told The Huffington Post. “There were some terrible calls she made as the person who runs the park, and the results of that are devastating.”

Jurassic World 2 opens on June 22, 2018.
