Michael Fassbender returns as Magneto and it's not entirely clear what side Fassbender will be taking on this war but if the comic books indicate, Fassbender will be on the side of Apocalypse as one of his four horsemen. Fassbender opposite McAvoy has become one of the most complex and interesting villains within comic book movies today.
