When a storm strands everyone in Boston overnight and April realizes her uncle has lied to her, she demands that he come clean about what really happened the night of her father’s death. It takes some prodding, but George finally reveals that Thomas was dying of ALS and wanted his brother to assist in his suicide. George agreed, keeping Thomas’ secret from the rest of the family.
