8. Beth finds out she’s pregnant
After Gabe breaks up with Beth at April and Leo’s wedding, Beth hooks up with Graham and then dates Josh, a pharmaceutical rep. At first, Beth only agrees to see him to help April learn more about potential clinical trials, though soon enough, Beth really develops a fondness for Josh and their relationship takes off fast. Having not been together for very long, Beth wonders how Josh will feel about having a baby and when she finally tells him about the pregnancy, he agrees to support her.
