10. Brenna finds out that Finn was likely the recipient of her bone marrow
While Brenna was initially reluctant to pursue a relationship with Finn, the pair soon started dating and even attended Junior Ball together. All seemed good until Finn had a health setback, leading him to break up with Brenna in order to focus on getting better. At the same time, Brenna’s ex, Greer arrived back to Boston and they re-connected, hanging out just as they had in the past. Of course, things couldn’t go completely back to normal without fate interfering and Brenna learning that Finn probably received her bone marrow.
