2. Leo dies suddenly
Unarguably the most unexpected moment of the season was Leo’s death. He and April were finally married and living together when he died suddenly. Leo’s passing not only saddened fans who supported his relationship with April, it also set the tone for the rest of the season as April struggled to move past her grief and carry on with her life.
