Social media has become the main medium for allowing artists to air out their grievances and get into fights.
This pretty much means that nearly every celebrity feud this past year began online in some form; either artists posting passive digs at one another or getting into a full-blown argument.
That’s not to say the old methods are gone, however. This past year saw a couple of award show jabs, as well as a couple of decent diss tracks.
And amongst the group, some are petty, yet memorable. For example, the ongoing feud between Kylie Jenner and Blac Chyna – while other seem bizarre and don’t reach a resolution: See the recent Erykah Badu vs. Iggy Azalea dispute.
Speaking of Iggy Azalea, it appears as if she couldn’t get enough of fighting on Twitter. We could’ve included the “Igloo Australia” remark from Azealia Banks all the way back in January, but that fight really originated in 2014, while other fights – with mentor T.I. and with Kendrick Lamar – just seem like sad attempts at staying relevant.
So, to avoid a list being all about 2015’s least interesting rapper (“Fancy” was so last year), we give you the top 10 celebrity feuds:
