Miley Cyrus sends Britney Spears sweet surprise on 34th birthday

Miley Cyrus sent Britney Spears a special birthday gift on Wednesday, Dec. 2, which nearly took up an entire room in the pop singer’s home.

Spears shared a photo of the surprise on Twitter, which shows huge silver balloons that spell out her name.

“Had the CUTEST surprise party today!!!” Spears wrote. “A special thank you to Miss @MileyCyrus for sending these awesome balloons!"

Cyrus has been open about her admiration for the “Pretty Girls” singer, who turned 34 this week. They even worked together on Cyrus’ Bangerz album.

Spears also thanked fans for all of their birthday wishes while posing in a furry robe with ears on the hood.
