Blueberry Vodka Sauce
I know, it sounds weird! Silverton Foods offers a Wild Maine Blueberry Vodka Sauce, made in small batches using Wild Maine Blueberries and premium Vodka, onions and jalapenos. They suggest putting it on everything from waffles to pork chops - even on ice cream! For $7 a jar, you may want to try it yourself. While you're there, check out their other sauces, because the Apple Rum and Cherry Habanaro sound really good too!
