Rapper Lil Boosie has revealed on social media that he’s been diagnosed with kidney cancer, but he has caused some confusion among his fans since he deleted the post.
His team is reportedly upset with the rapper for revealing his diagnosis so publicly and he reportedly hasn’t had a chance to tell all of his loved ones about it first.
"I need all my fans to pray for me Doctor just told me I have cancer on my kidneys prayer is power that's why I'm letting the world know prayfaboosie," the original post reads, which XXL has reposted on Instagram.
According to TMZ, Lil Boosie, 33, also has diabetes. He served five years in jail for a drug charge and got released last year.
His album Touch Down 2 Cause Hell peaked at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 chart after its May 2015 release.
