It seems Josh Duggar isn’t out of the clear even though he’s been away getting treatment for his issues. He’s now being sued by porn star Danica Dillon for assault and battery.
Dillon first went public with their two sexual encounters in August, saying Duggar “manhandled” her during their time together, so much that it felt like she was “being raped.”
People has obtained the lawsuit Dillon filed on Tuesday, where her lawyer claimed Duggar “assaulted her to the point of causing her physical and emotional injuries.” She’s asking for $500,000 in damages, saying she's been in therapy for it.
Duggar checked into Reformers Unanimous in Rockford, Illinois in August after admitting to living a “double life” by using Ashley Madison to cheat on his wife, Anna, and being addicted to pornography.
"I am so ashamed of the double life that I have been living and am grieved for the hurt, pain and disgrace my sin has caused my wife and family,” he said in a statement at the time.
In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Dillon admitted they had consensual sex.
