Kim Kardashian is maintaining the relationship between her mom, Kris Jenner, and former stepfather Caitlyn Jenner is great following Caitlyn’s transition.
They had a bit of a rough start when Caitlyn first transitioned from Bruce Jenner, which was documented on Keeping Up with the Kardashians, but Kardashian says they’re much “stronger” now.
“I think for anyone that goes through this, it's not the most common thing so I don't think a lot of people can really understand it," she told E! News. "It's been an adjustment and it takes time and that's OK. That's normal."
Kris appeared on Caitlyn’s docu-series I Am Cait on its debut season, where they had an intense sit-down talk about moving forward in their relationship. It was the first time Kris had met Caitlyn.
The soon-to-be mom of two continued to say the whole extended family will spend Thanksgiving and the holidays together like usual.
She added Kris and Caitlyn are in “such a great place now and our family is like totally coming back together.” Earlier this week, they both attended their 20-year-old daughter Kendall Jenner's Victoria's Secret Fashion Show debut and posed for photos together.
