Jennifer Lawrence named Entertainment Weekly's 2015 Entertainer of the Year

Jennifer Lawrence has been named Entertainment Weekly's 2015 Entertainer of the year.

Lawrence has had a busy 2015 as she concluded her time as Katniss Everdeen in the widely popular Hunger Games franchise with the release of Mockingjay Part 2 and re-teamed with David O. Russell and Bradley Cooper for the highly anticipated Joy.

During the Entertainment Weekly interview, Lawrence talked about why she continues to work with Russell and how she can't imagine not working with him. "David and I will never, ever, ever, ever not do movies together," said Lawrence. The actress also described her adoration for him and how she "can't stop talking about him without tearing up."  She even began to tear up during the interview.

She also talked about how in tune she is to his expressions.  "I understand every look, every eyeball move, every word he says or doesn’t say. We were made for each other.”

The Oscar winning actress also opened up about life after The Hunger Games and how when she joined the franchise at the age of 20, the conclusion seemed far away. “ I remember being like, ‘Oh, my God, I’m going to be 25 when I’m finished.'"

Lawrence said that since the completion, it does feel as if everything is over.  "It didn’t for a while and I didn’t think it would ever sink in, but it has now."
