Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Zack Greinke will be opting out of his contract with the team.

The contract has three years and $71 million left on it. Greinke could get multiple offers for $125 million over five years, but will likely get offers for $150 million or more over five years, according to CBS Sports. Any offers of $150 million or more would be more than the contract that he is opting out of. He will probably not get any offers for $200 million or more.

The pitcher signed a six-year, $147 million contract with the Dodgers before the 2013 season. His decision to opt out wasn’t a surprise as the Dodgers had expected him to opt out since the start of the season.

He went 19-3 with a MLB-low 1.66 ERA in 32 regular season starts this year, according to Fox Sports and is a contender for the NL Cy Young Award.

The Dodgers were eliminated from the playoffs by the New York Mets in Game 5 of the NLDS. It will be interesting to see where Greinke ends up next year.
