Leonardo DiCaprio has a doppelganger, who really is a spitting image of the actor. What’s funny is the Swedish-born Konrad Annerud doesn’t really look like DiCaprio now, he looks exactly the way he looked back in the ‘90s.
The 21-year-old Annerud, who’s a model, musician and bartender, is starting to get quite a following on Instagram. His page is like an ode to ‘90s Leo, with modeling shot after modeling shot of the star’s look-alike.
But it’s not just social media where Annerud is getting recognized, he told Sweden’s Nyheter he gets mistaken for DiCaprio while out in public.
"It can become a bit hard sometimes when people call me Leo instead of my name,” he admitted. “But it’s fun to be like him. He’s handsome.”
He went on to say, “It’s much worse when I am abroad. When I was in Italy last summer, I kind of felt like I wanted to shave off my hair. It was chaos. People shouted ‘Leo!’ and wanted to take pictures all the time. It was the craziest thing I ever experienced.”
