Witney Carson is getting ready to dance down the aisle.
The Dancing with the Stars professional dancer is engaged to her boyfriend Carson Mcallister. Carson, 21, opened up to People about the proposal.
"My high school sweetheart popped the question last night in the most perfect, beautiful way," Carson said. "He was waiting for me on the beach surrounded by candles. Danced with me while the sun went down and then knelt down on one knee and asked me to marry him! Of course I said yes."
Carson and Mcallister meet in their hometown in Utah. The dancer celebrated her engagement on Instagram.
“My love of four years @carson.mcallister proposed last night & I feel like the luckiest, happiest woman in the world,” she captioned a picture with her new fiancé. “It was perfect, he's perfect #engaged.”
Carson won season 19 of Dancing with the Stars with her partner Alfonso Ribeiro last year.
She is currently competing with former Big Time Rush star Carlos PenaVega.
