Monica Lewinsky won't talk about personal life because people know enough 'for a lifetime'

Monica Lewinsky is busy promoting her work with Bystander Revolution and Month of Action, which is their October campaign to help end cyberbullying and shaming and although she will talk about the cause endlessly, no one will hear about her personal life again.

Lewinsky, who broke her silence on her 1998 affair with President Clinton in Vanity Fair last year, was asked about her dating life.

"You can ask it, but I keep my personal life private. I think people have known enough about my romantic life for a lifetime," she told People.

She went on to talk about Month of Action, saying she’s happy her story can “resonate” with others.

"I think that Bystander Revolution's mission and my mission is to change things, for people to feel less alone in their experiences," she said. "I've been able to give a purpose to my past. I want others to know they can do it too."

As far as the kind of life she has now, she says it's "full and fullfilling," insisted she's "simple."

"I love to have a good laugh, go to dinner, see a show, concert or movie," she said. "I'm looking forward to the new season of The Good Wife."
